Ms. Chen has held roles as a client manager and delivery lead in several consulting firms. She worked as a senior consultant in Asia at Optimal Consulting Group for 9 years, where she was one of the early certified users and an intensive user of Hogan Assessment Systems, which the firm is an authorized distributor of.

With over 10 years of experience in human resources consulting and project delivery, Ms.Chen is a seasoned expert dedicated to providing precise talent solutions for organizations and helping them achieve their strategic goals. She has extensive experience in recruitment and selection, talent review, high-potential identification, leadership development, succession planning, team diagnosis and development etc., and has successfully served dozens of Fortune 500 companies, earning consistent praise from clients.

 

Ms. Chen has provided consulting and delivery services to leading enterprises across various industries, including foreign companies, state-owned enterprises, and private enterprises. Among them are Bosch, 3M, Danaher, Boston Scientific, Mediterranean Shipping Company, Bank of Communications, China Construction Bank, AIA, Ping An Insurance, Nike, L'Oréal, Kimberly-Clark, AstraZeneca, Novo Nordisk, Volvo, Sony, Jabil, Disney, and JD.com.
 
She is a certified user of several internationally renowned assessment tools, such as Hogan Assessment Systems, POP™, EQ-i 2.0®, and Assessio series assessments. She has a deep understanding of psychometrics and is skilled at integrating scientific psychometric data with business scenarios to accurately identify talent potential and develop personalized development plans, providing scientific basis and insights for organizations’ talent selection, management, development, and retention.
 
Ms. Chen holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Manchester Business School and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from East China University of Science and Technology, with a TEM-8 English certificate.
 

Expertise

She excels in psychometric data analysis, competency modeling and mapping, and the design of assessment centers etc. She has delivered over a thousand individual assessment reports with one-on-one coaching feedbacks for middle to senior managers, as well as core team diagnosis and development reports and in-house training sessions for several globally renowned enterprises.
